Important Information
Our stock is available for dispatch immediately and most items are received with 48 hours. Europe deliveries take 3-4 days.
A signature is required for all orders which are sent by our courier services. If you state that you require the goods to be left with a neighbour or in the porch then Pan Gadgets will not be responsible for lost items. We recommend that you personally receive the items which you have ordered.
Methods of Payment
- Accepting Currency: UK Pounds (£).
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and most of the minor cards such as Solo.
Returns Policy
Goods can be refunded only if the item is faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on items that are not faulty or if the packaging is not in resalable condition. Alternatively, you can exchange the item for another item on the site (subject to availability) of the same price or more. You will be charged the difference if the item is more.
If you wish to return an item you must confirm, in writing, to us within 28 days from the day after that on which the goods are received. You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to us by some form of insured, signed for carrier at your expense. On receipt of the returned items, they will be checked and tested to determine that reasonable care has been taken and then we shall credit your credit/debit card with the total amount of the original order less the carriage and the credit card surcharge. Your right to cancel is not extended to goods made to your specifications such as custom made cables.
- Goods should returned within 28 days of date of invoice.
- Refunds are minus Shipping Costs, and restocking fee Pan Gadgets have incurred.
- Goods must be in original packaging and resalable condition (no scratch marks etc.).
- Email Pan Gadgets at info@pangadgets.com prior to shipping back goods, and obtain a RMA number. Shipping cost for returning items is end users responsibility.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
